My love for racing started when I was a kid, watching Schumacher battle with Damon Hill and watching videos of the BTCC or WRC. When I was old enough I got into Karting and loved every minute of it. However, when I was 12 and already 6'2", and obviously a fair bit heavier than the other kids, it became apparent that maybe being an f1 driver wasn't my destiny! Fast forward to now, I have a masters degree in Strength and Conditioning and run my own Studio Gym near Bristol. But, I still have a passion for racing! I've played the F1 and Forza games for years but this last summer, during lockdown, I became aware of Sim Racing when the pros started to get involved. It was that moment I decided I wanted to give it a crack. So I bought my first wheel and seat etc, and got stuck in. I started mostly playing ACC but have more recently started playing iracing more often. It certainly scratches the racing dream itch! Racing with NOMAD during the RSR Race Against Cancer in December was my first proper taste of team racing and I couldn't be more excited to join the team in 2021.
