ANNOUNCING NOMAD ACADEMY: NURTURING SIM RACING TALENT

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of NOMAD Academy, an exciting initiative designed to discover and cultivate the next generation of elite sim racing talent. As a sub-organisation of the renowned Prestanda NOMAD sim racing esports team, NOMAD Academy represents our commitment to nurturing new talent and ensuring the continued success and growth of our team.

What is NOMAD Academy?

NOMAD Academy is more than just a training ground — it's a comprehensive development program aimed at identifying and fostering the best emerging sim racers. Our mission is to provide aspiring esports racers with the resources, training, and mentorship they need to reach their full potential and ultimately secure a place on the Prestanda NOMAD team.

What We Offer

At NOMAD Academy, we provide a robust program that includes:

  1. Expert Coaching and Mentorship
    Our team of coaches, engineers and current Prestanda NOMAD drivers will offer personalised coaching and mentorship. This direct access to expertise ensures that our academy members receive the guidance they need to excel.
  2. Competitive Opportunities
    Academy members will have the chance to participate in competitions and events, together with other academy members or with full team drivers, allowing them to gain valuable experience and showcase their talent on a larger stage.
  3. Pathway to the Main Team
    The ultimate goal of NOMAD Academy is to prepare its members for a seamless transition to the main Prestanda NOMAD team. Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to prove their skills and earn a spot on our professional roster.

The NOMAD Academy launch marks the beginning of an exciting process which we have been planning for a number of years now. As the main Prestanda NOMAD team progresses and improves, it is vital that we create and maintain a funnel of talent to push the entire organisation forwards.
